Abstract

The article defines the communication between the chosen speciality and future social guarantees. The article also identifies: the features of the high school development programs for students of preferential groups; the questions of the disabled people retraining in order to continue active work on the open labor market. The article makes a compare of inclusive education organization in the leading countries of the world. Explained the essence of an egalitarian system of education in such countries. Analyzing the features of getting high education by disabled persons in Russia. The article also tries to analyze the priority of technical education.
